*Role Overview*

We're looking for a Sales Merchandiser with *experience in Jodhpur's handicraft furniture industry.*

The role requires maturity, strong English, product knowledge, and the ability to manage clients independently.

*Responsibilities*

Handle client calls, messages, requirements, and order discussions

Help Clients in Product Selection and Customisation.

Manage merchandising and product presentation.

Convert inquiries to orders and coordinate with production team and ensure timely dispatch

Ensure timely order updates and client follow-ups

Maintain strong client relationships

*Requirements*

Minimum 6 months experience in handicraft furniture sales/merchandising

Knowledge of wood, metal, iron, and upholstery furniture

Confident, well-spoken, and organised

Strong English and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, artisan-led environment
