Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Interior Furniture Designer based in Gurugram. The Interior Furniture Designer will conceptualize, design, and develop high-quality furniture and interior solutions that align with the company's vision. Key responsibilities include creating sketches and prototypes, selecting materials, refining designs, and collaborating closely with the production and sales teams to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and cost considerations. This role involves working with clients to customize designs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Furniture Design and Interior Design, with an eye for detail and aesthetic harmony
• Proficiency in Product Design, including technical drawing and use of relevant design software
• Knowledge of Carpentry and Furniture construction methods, materials, and finishes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate client needs into practical and innovative designs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interior Design, or a related discipline preferred
