Shift Timing: Between 11:00 AM 9:00 PM (Rotational Shift)

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)

Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals with prior experience in furniture retail sales to join our studio team as a Home Consultant.

In this role, you will assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting suitable furniture and home dcor products while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with furniture selection and product recommendations.
• Understand customer needs, space requirements, and styling preferences.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store appearance.
• Handle billing coordination, order processing, and post-sales service support.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in furniture retail sales is mandatory.
• Background in furniture showroom / home dcor retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for furniture, interiors, and customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (6 days/week).
