Fundraising Telecaller Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraising Telecaller Executive, based in Kurla. The role involves reaching out to potential donors over phone calls, explaining the organization's mission and goals, and securing funding commitments. The executive will also be responsible for maintaining donor records, following up on pledges, answering donor queries, and providing accurate information about ongoing projects. Building positive relationships and achieving fundraising targets are key responsibilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi
• Proficiency in telephone etiquette and active listening skills
• Basic knowledge of fundraising principles and ability to articulate the organization's mission persuasively
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and maintain detailed donor records
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-focused approach
• Experience in NGO or non-profit fundraising roles is a plus
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a bonus
