Fundraising Manager
Location : Wakad, Pune
Experience : Minimum 5 years in CSR funding
Qualification : MBA in Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Donor Acquisition & Engagement
- Research, identify, and engage potential donors at the national and international levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and grant-making institutions.
Fundraising Campaigns & Brand Representation
- Develop and execute effective fundraising campaigns.
- Represent Y4D Foundation at forums, summits, and networking events to enhance visibility and donor engagement.
Proposal Development & Grant Writing
- Develop compelling concept notes and funding proposals.
- Draft grant applications and responses to RFPs.
- Collaborate with project teams to create impactful proposals aligned with donor expectations.
Required Skills:
- 5-6 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or business development.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in grant writing and proposal development.
- Knowledge of CSR laws and fundraising compliance.
- Ability to work independently and achieve fundraising targets.
