Job Summary
The Fundraising and Communications Manager will play a key role in strengthening Parinaam's visibility, resource mobilization, and donor relationships. The role focuses on building institutional and individual donor partnerships while leading communications and brand-building initiatives to support Parinaam's mission and programs.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Institutional Fundraising & Partnerships
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Program Directors to implement Parinaam's fundraising strategy.
- Identify, prioritize, and engage institutional donors including corporates, foundations, trusts, government, and bilateral/multilateral agencies.
- Collaborate with program teams to identify suitable projects for donor support.
- Develop funding proposals and manage grant agreements, including reporting requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate donor reports, updates, and fund utilization details with internal teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional donors.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date funding database.
Individual Donor Engagement
- Plan and manage online fundraising and donation campaigns in collaboration with communications and program teams.
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising events.
Communications & Branding
- Design and implement the annual communications plan and budget.
- Lead brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent communication of Parinaam's vision, mission, and programs.
- Develop and manage digital and online presence, including content creation and curation.
- Coordinate with external design and media agencies for communications needs.
Qualifications And Experience
Education
- Master's degree in Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising and/or communications.
- Prior experience in a national or multi-state NGO will be preferred.
- Proven experience in grant writing, CSR fundraising, and donor reporting.
- Experience in managing donor funds and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership in communications and brand management.
