With operations across 20 states in India, Parinaam Foundation is committed to empowering underserved communities and improving their quality of life through innovative and impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities Institutional Fundraising & Donor Management

Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals and program priorities.
Identify and engage with institutional donors, CSR partners, foundations, trusts, government agencies, and multilateral organizations.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with donors and funding partners.
Research and identify new funding opportunities for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Prepare grant proposals, concept notes, fundraising presentations, and donor applications.
Coordinate with program teams to gather project information, budgets, impact data, and reports required for fundraising proposals.
Manage donor agreements, reporting timelines, compliance requirements, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure timely submission of donor reports, utilization reports, presentations, and project updates.
Maintain and regularly update donor databases and fundraising pipelines.

Fundraising Campaigns & Individual Giving

Support the development and expansion of individual donor engagement initiatives.
Plan and execute online and offline fundraising campaigns in collaboration with communication and program teams.
Support fundraising events, awareness drives, and donor engagement activities.
Explore innovative fundraising opportunities, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.

Communications & Brand Management

Design and implement communication and branding strategies to enhance organizational visibility.
Develop communication materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, annual reports, impact stories, and social media content.
Manage and strengthen Parinaam Foundation's digital presence across website and social media platforms.
Ensure consistent communication of the organization's mission, vision, programs, and impact across all stakeholder groups.
Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, campaign planning, and communication activities.
Support media outreach, public relations, and brand-building initiatives where required.

Desired Qualification

Master's degree in Social Sciences, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related fields.

Desired Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor management, communications, CSR partnerships, or development sector roles.

Prior experience working with NGOs or multi-state development organizations will be preferred.

Proven track record in grant writing and securing funding from CSR and institutional donors.
Strong understanding of donor reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
