Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Capital Strategy

  • Identify and engage with potential investors (angel networks, VCs, HNIs, and strategic partners).
  • Develop and refine ArcFit's investor pitch decks, financial models, and investment proposals.
  • Manage the entire fundraising process - from outreach and follow-ups to due diligence and deal closure.
  • Maintain a structured database of investor interactions and track all engagement activities.

2. Investor Relations & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison for all investor communications.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.
  • Provide regular updates on business performance, growth metrics, and expansion plans.

  • Ensure transparency and compliance in all investor-related communications and filings.
  • Prepare concise investor newsletters, progress updates, and impact reports.

4. Market & Strategy Support

  • Track funding trends in the fitness, wellness, and lifestyle startup ecosystem.
  • Support leadership with strategic insights for future funding rounds and partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas for investor branding and storytelling around ArcFit's growth and impact.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or startup finance (preferably in consumer or wellness startups).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of startup valuation metrics.
  • Proven ability to build networks and manage investor relationships with professionalism.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Gain
  • Opportunity to work directly with ArcFit's founders and leadership team.
  • Be part of a growing brand that's reshaping fitness accessibility across India.
  • Exposure to investor ecosystems, strategic partnerships, and growth strategy planning.
  • A dynamic, health-focused, and collaborative work culture.
