Fundraising - Executive

The Fundraising - Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. The role involves coordinating and executing fundraising initiatives and fostering donor relationships. The responsibilities include identifying potential funding opportunities, managing donor databases, preparing compelling funding proposals, planning events to generate funds, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align funding efforts with organizational goals.

• Fundraising and proposal writing skills, including experience in developing grant applications and corporate sponsorship appeals
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills to engage and sustain donors and sponsors
• Event planning and project management expertise for organizing fundraising campaigns and donor engagements
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for donor management, reporting, and promotional campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to motivate donors and partners
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a fundraising or philanthropic role; experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
