Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraising Executive, based in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include developing and executing fundraising strategies, identifying and building relationships with potential donors, drafting compelling proposals, and organizing fundraising campaigns and events. The role requires maintaining donor databases, nurturing donor relationships, and generating meaningful reports on fundraising outcomes to align with the foundation's mission and goals. Additional responsibilities include exploring innovative funding sources and ensuring compliance with financial and ethical standards during fundraising activities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Fundraising, Donor Relationship Management, and Proposal Writing
- Strategic Planning, Campaign Development, and Event Management expertise
- Excellent Communication, Persuasion, Networking, and Negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Research, Market Analysis, and Identifying Funding Opportunities
- Strong to intermediate Technical Skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Educational background in Business Administration, Non-profit Management, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the non-profit sector or social work is advantageous
- A passion for serving communities and a commitment to the principles of transparency and equity
