Key Responsibilities
Donor Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, ensuring regular communication and engagement
- Coordinate donor visits, impact presentations, and feedback loops to deepen trust and transparency
Fundraising Strategy & Execution
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Support proposal development and grant writing in collaboration with program and M&E teams
Communication & Collateral Development
- Support in creating compelling donor communication materials including newsletters, impact reports, and thank-you notes
- Maintain donor database and CRM systems for tracking, segmentation, and analytics
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely reporting of fund utilization and program impact to donors
- Maintain documentation for audits, donor compliance, and legal requirements
- Monitor fundraising performance metrics and prepare periodic dashboards
Qualification/ Skills
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in management/ communication studies/ mass communication
- Self-driven with willingness to learn
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills and flair for relationship-building are essential for the role
- 2 4 years prior experience in sales, customer relations and business development
- Freshers can be considered for Trainee position
