Fundraising & Donor Outreach Executive

Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi ( North West, Pincode- 110052)

Timing: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Division: Fundraising & Donor Outreach Rising Star Khilte Chehre

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary (based on experience) + Performance-linked incentive.

Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC) is a registered NGO dedicated to empowering the visually impaired community through inclusive travel experiences, skill development, and social participation. We believe Support is a Duty, not a Donation.

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate professional to lead our fundraising and donor outreach initiatives. The role involves connecting with individuals, corporates, and CSR departments to generate donations and partnerships that sustain and expand our impact.

• Identify and connect with potential donors, CSR heads, and corporate partners.
• Draft persuasive proposals, sponsorship decks, and donor communication material.
• Manage fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
• Maintain CRM/database of donor leads, track progress, and report weekly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with NGO events and initiatives.
• Represent RSKC in meetings, events, and CSR forums.

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Development Studies preferred).
• 14 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development (NGO experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
• Strong networking, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and empathetic toward social causes.
• Must be Delhi/NCR-based and available to work on-site
