About The Role
We are seeking a
Fundraising Expert to join our core team as an equity-based partner. The ideal candidate is someone who has
strong national and international investor connections, can strategically position our ventures for
seed and early-stage funding, and is passionate about
scaling high-impact startups in food and healthcare innovation.
This role is for a dynamic individual who can
turn an idea and a capable team into a fundable opportunity, helping us secure
strategic investors, grants, and institutional partnerships to accelerate our growth.
About The Startups
You will be contributing to one of our innovation-driven brands in the
food and healthcare space either:
- Kefilo Building the future of food innovation, nutrition, and wellness.
- Hiwox A healthcare ecosystem focused on hospital innovation, audits, and wellness tech solutions.
Both ventures are in their
equity stage, assembling cofounders and advisors to prepare for
funding rounds within 68 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising strategy and execution, from pitch refinement to investor closing.
- Identify and connect with angels, family offices, VC funds, and global investors interested in food tech and healthcare innovation.
- Build funding pipelines, including institutional partnerships, CSR-backed initiatives, and government or incubation support.
- Collaborate with the founding team to develop a strong investor narrative that aligns with brand vision and traction.
- Support creation of pitch decks, financial models, and valuation strategies.
- Participate in investor meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Mentor the team on funding trends, equity structuring, and capital readiness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 815 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or venture advisory.
- Proven record of closing funding rounds (seed/Series A) or facilitating investor syndicates.
- Strong investor network both in India and internationally.
- Understanding of food tech, wellness, or healthcare innovation ecosystems.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Can work independently with a results-oriented and partnership-driven mindset.
Compensation & Equity Structure
- Purely equity-based role during the early stage.
- Equity will be finalized after discussions 1-month NDA cohort cofounder agreement allocation post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration (5-year vesting).
- Cash compensation begins after successful funding.
