Role Overview

FRISSH is seeking a Fundraising Advisor who can help the company connect with angel investors and strategic partners to support business growth and working capital expansion.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong relationships with investors, angel networks, or HNIs and can help facilitate funding opportunities for a growing B2B seafood supply business.

Key Responsibilities

Introduce and connect the company with angel investors, HNIs, and strategic investors

Support preparation of investor meetings and funding discussions

Guide the company on fundraising strategy and investor outreach

Assist in structuring investment conversations and deal negotiations

Help build relationships with potential financial partners

What We Are Looking For

Strong network of investors or angel investment communities

Experience in fundraising, venture networks, or startup advisory

Ability to facilitate introductions and investor discussions

Strategic thinking and understanding of earlystage businesses

Compensation Structure

The advisor will receive successbased compensation, such as:

2% 5% success fee on funds raised

or

Small equity allocation based on the investment secured
