This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Fundraiser. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising campaigns, building relationships with potential donors, and maintaining strong connections with existing supporters. Key responsibilities include identifying new fundraising opportunities, creating proposals, organizing events, and managing donor communications. The role also requires regular reporting on fundraising progress and strategies to meet financial goals.

• Experience in fundraising, business development, or client relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and donor communication
• Proficiency in research and analytical skills to identify potential funding sources
• Organizational and event planning skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in the real estate or property management sectors is an advantage
