Fundraiser

Ashray Akruti is a registered nonprofit, non-religious, Non-Government Organization working for people with disabilities, focusing particularly on children with hearing loss. Established in Hyderabad in 1996, the organization implements projects across health, education, and skill development to improve the lives of people with disabilities, also known as Divyangjan as termed by the Government of India.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraiser based in Hyderabad. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing fundraising strategies, researching potential funding sources, writing grant proposals, organizing fundraising events, and building relationships with donors and sponsors. The role involves collaborating closely with the organization's leadership to meet fundraising goals.

• Fundraising, Grant Writing, and Proposal Development skills
• Event Planning and Organizational skills
• Communication, Relationship Building, and Networking skills
• Research, Analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field
