Sales & Distribution Strategy
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for AIFs and unlisted investment products.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors through direct outreach and networking.
- Drive asset mobilization to meet or exceed revenue and AUM targets for AIF products.
- Engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, institutional investors, wealth managers and advisors.
- Leverage existing networks to generate leads and convert them into committed capital.
- Develop relationships with third-party distribution partners including IFAs, wealth advisors, brokers, and channel partners to increase reach.
- Conduct investor presentations, product walks-throughs, and negotiation meetings.
- Maintain deep knowledge of AIF structures (Category II/III), including regulatory requirements and risk/return profiles.
- Stay updated on market trends in the alternative investment landscape including unlisted equities, pre-IPO placements and structured opportunities.
- Educate clients and distribution partners on product features, investment strategy, risk management and valuation attributes.
Brand & Market Presence
- Represent the company at industry events, investor forums, webinars, and conferences.
- Support marketing and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
