Role Overview
KPMG is seeking a Functional Product Owner to lead business-driven digital transformation initiatives for Corporate and Commercial Banking clients. This role owns the functional vision of banking products and acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring high-impact digital solutions across onboarding, online banking, and self-service channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the functional roadmap, backlog, and requirements for corporate banking digital products.
- Define and prioritize business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead digital initiatives across online banking, mobile banking, self-service channels, and customer onboarding journeys.
- Provide functional ownership of pricing & billing, fees, product configuration, and knowledge management platforms.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, consistent client experience, and straight-through processing.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, UX, and technology teams; support Agile ceremonies, UAT, and go-live.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, steering committees, and support consulting activities and governance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years experience in Corporate / Commercial Banking within global banks.
- Strong background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Functional BA.
- Deep understanding of digital banking channels and client lifecycle management (KYC/onboarding).
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Qualifications & Certifications
- Any graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior consulting or professional services experience preferred.
- CSPO / SAFe POPM certifications desirable.

- Work model: 5 days WFO / hybrid based on business needs.
