Functional lead order To cash

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document O2C requirements, including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Invoicing.
• Configure and implement Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) modules aligned with O2C business processes.
• Provide functional expertise in Quoting, Order Management, Pricing, Order Promising, and Shipping.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize O2C processes.
• Lead or support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) ensuring timely defect resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Prepare functional design documents (MD50s), test scripts, and training materials.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle O2C modules.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for O2C processes, guiding business teams on best practices and Oracle functionality.
• Standardize and optimize O2C business processes across Dover operating companies to drive KPI-driven results.
