Responsibilities :
Lead the implementation of AEP Customer Journey Analytics to enhance customer insights and drive data-driven decisions.
Oversee the integration of AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser to streamline customer interactions and improve engagement.
Provide expertise in AEP RTCDP to ensure seamless data management and real-time customer data integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer journey strategies with business objectives.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization and growth.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
Utilize program management skills to coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in customer journey analytics.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with team members.
Support the development of innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence. -Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP.
Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Have a background in supply chain and operations to support domain-specific initiatives.
Show experience in program management to ensure successful project execution.
