Job Title: Oracle R12 Finance Functional Consultant

Experience Required: 7-12 Years

Location - Delhi

Notice period- Imm-15 days

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle R12 Financial Modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.

Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financials and ensure smooth integration with other modules like SCM and Procurement.

Conduct end-to-end testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Manage and resolve system issues, troubleshoot errors, and provide post-implementation support.

Develop and deliver training sessions/documentation for end-users to ensure effective system adoption.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, to deliver quality solutions.

Stay updated on Oracle R12 patches, upgrades, and best practices to ensure system optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle R12 Finance Functional Consultant.

Strong knowledge and expertise in Oracle R12 Financial Modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and e-Business Tax.

Proficiency in business process mapping and gap analysis for financial workflows.

Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles and post-go-live support.

Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and regulatory compliance.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and technical teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle R12 integrations with third-party systems.

Knowledge of Oracle EBS technical components (SQL, PL/SQL) is a plus.

Certification in Oracle Financials or related modules is highly desirable.
