Functional Consultant – MFG/Pro QAD

We are seeking an experienced MFG/Pro QAD Functional Consultant with expertise in ERP implementation, system customization, and business process improvements across various functions, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MFG/Pro eB2/eB2.1 and ERP migrations.

Responsibilities:

• Work on MFG/Pro eB2/eB2.1 design, development, and customization.
• Implement and customize solutions across Manufacturing, Distribution, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance modules.
• Conduct system study, prepare AS-IS documents, and perform GAP-FIT analysis.
• Develop functional documentation for customizations and ERP implementations.
• Lead ERP migration projects, ensuring smooth version-to-version transitions.
• Manage schema changes, application customizations, QAD troubleshooting, and patch processes.
• Adhere to software lifecycle best practices, including requirements analysis, development, verification, and release procedures.
• Take responsibility for project management and team coordination to drive successful ERP implementations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in MFG/Pro eB2/eB2.1.
• Expertise in ERP implementation, customization, and migration.
• Knowledge of business functions like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Inventory Management.
• Proficiency in GAP-FIT analysis, functional documentation, and system enhancements.
• Hands-on experience with schema modifications and QAD troubleshooting.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
