Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and experience in implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM business processes and functional areas.
• Work on Core HCM, including organizations, staffing, job profiles, supervisory organizations, and worker data.
• Configure business processes, condition rules, validations, approvals, and security.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Support integrations, testing, data validation, UAT, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and project teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM / Core HCM.
• Experience with Workday Business Processes and Security.
• Good understanding of Workday HCM configuration and HR processes.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, or AMS/support projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Workday certification is preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, or Talent Management.
• Exposure to Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and integrations.
• Experience working in multiple Workday implementation projects.
