We are hiring an Odoo Functional Consultant with proven ERP implementation expertise and strong eCommerce experience. This role involves leading end-to-end Odoo projects, from business analysis and configuration to deployment, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP and eCommerce implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
- Map business processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Retail into Odoo workflows.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, eCommerce, and Projects.
- Work with developers on module customisation, API integrations, automations, and reporting (QWeb).
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with hosting/DevOps teams for deployment and performance optimization.
- Provide training, onboarding sessions, and functional documentation for end users.
- Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales teams in designing solutions.
- Stay updated on Odoo's latest features and industry best practices.
Essential Skills & Expertise
- Odoo Functional Certification (v16/v17/v18).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in Odoo ERP consulting and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, eCommerce).
- Hands-on experience with QWeb reports, PostgreSQL, and API integrations.
- Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing processes.
- Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in data migration, software testing, and quality assurance.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
- Basic knowledge of Python scripting to support technical teams.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations such as payment gateways, logistics, and POS.
- Exposure to UI/UX collaboration with design teams.
- Industry domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, or Finance.
