This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fullstack Technical Lead located in Bengaluru South. The Fullstack Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and deployment of web and software applications. Responsibilities include leading technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, reviewing code, and maintaining project timelines. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving innovation to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business objectives.

• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular
• Expertise in backend development using frameworks like Node.js, Express, Python, or Java
• Strong knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in database design and optimization
• Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, project planning, and task delegation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and project management skills
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of security best practices and scalability in application design is a plus
