We are seeking a FullStack Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This hybrid role requires an experienced developer who can lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee code reviews, ensuring best practices and coding standards are maintained.
- Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong experience in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
- Deep understanding of databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
