Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fullstack developers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Own the end-to-end application architecture, covering backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
- Oversee backend development using .NET Core (C#, .NET 5+), ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead frontend development using Angular (version 8+), ensuring responsive, secure, and user-friendly UI implementations.
- Ensure seamless integration between Angular frontend and RESTful backend APIs.
- Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, architecture, performance optimization, and security.
- Guide the team on microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and modular application design.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, delivery timelines, and overall execution.
- Conduct code reviews across backend and frontend components.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
- Participate actively in people management activities including performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
- Ensure proper documentation of architecture, code, and development processes.
