Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 1+ years of experience in modern web development. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with
React.js for front-end development and solid knowledge of back-end technologies such as
PHP/Laravel/CodeIgniter. Experience with
Angular will be an added advantage.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, mobile-friendly web applications. You will work on both front-end and back-end components, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions.
The candidate should be comfortable working independently or within small agile teams in a flexible work environment. We value accountability, ownership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js (mandatory) for frontend and Laravel/CodeIgniter for backend.
- Work on new website and web application projects from scratch, converting UI/UX designs into fully functional, responsive applications.
- Develop custom themes, reusable components, and dynamic modules based on project requirements.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
- Implement secure authentication systems, role-based access, and data protection mechanisms.
- Handle complete project lifecycle including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Develop responsive landing pages and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Work on performance improvements and resolve UI/UX and responsiveness issues.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
Custom Development Responsibilities And Duties
- End-to-end development of projects using Laravel/CodeIgniter.
- REST API development and integration with React/Angular frontend.
- Database design and management using MySQL / MongoDB.
- Implementation of authentication, middleware, and API security.
- Application performance and security optimization.
- Troubleshooting and debugging Laravel/CodeIgniter applications.
- Deployment and version control using Git.
Key Skills-
Strong proficiency in React.js (Mandatory), Working knowledge of Angular (Preferred), Laravel / CodeIgniter Development, PHP, REST API Development & Integration, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, MongoDB, Responsive Web Design, Performance & Security Optimization, Git & Version Control
Required Experience And Qualifications-
- Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- At least 2 completed projects using Laravel/CodeIgniter involving both front-end and back-end development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js (mandatory) in real-world projects.
- Working knowledge of Angular (preferred).
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Understanding of performance optimization and web security best practices.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
