Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust enterprise web applications.
- Work across the full stackfront-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Java, Spring Boot and/or Ruby).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and principles of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues across the stack.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Balance immediate development needs with long-term architectural goals and scalability concerns.
- Ensure high standards of software quality by following industry best practices and working in an agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks: React.js with Typescript.
- Solid experience in back-end technologies: Java, Spring Boot, and/or Ruby.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining high-scale enterprise applications.
- Understanding of software design principles, architectural trade-offs, and scalable solutions.
- Experience in developing and deploying applications using modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with infrastructure management and application monitoring at scale.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
