Fullstack Blockchain Developer

Role: Full-stack Blockchain Developer, MERN and Ethereum (1yr+ exp)

Location: Work from office from Vijaynagar (AB Road) location, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

Salary - INR 3 - 5 LPA CTC (based on skills, experience, current/last salary)

Note: Students won't be accepted. Graduation/Postgraduation needs to be completed along with the required experience of 1+yr

Role Overview: We are seeking a Full Stack Blockchain Developer (13 years experience) to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Web3 solutions. The role focuses on the MERN stack and Ethereum ecosystem, requiring hands-on experience across smart contracts, backend services, and frontend integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Ethereum & Blockchain Development:

Smart Contracts: Experience developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity. Familiarity with upgradeable contract patterns (UUPS / Proxy-based architecture)

Token Standards & NFTs: Working knowledge of ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 standards. Experience creating and integrating NFTs, minting flows, and metadata standards

Blockchain Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Ethereum architecture, transactions, gas, blocks, and events. Knowledge of wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect)

Layer 2 & DeFi Exposure: Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Layer 2 networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, etc.) Basic experience with DeFi concepts (staking, liquidity pools, swaps)

Gas Optimization & Security: Ability to apply gas optimization techniques. Awareness of common smart contract vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow, access control issues).

Development Tools: Proficiency with Hardhat for contract development, testing, deployment, and debugging

2. MERN Stack & Full-Stack Engineering:

Backend Development: Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.jsExperience building REST APIs and handling blockchain interactions via backend services

Frontend Development: Advanced experience with React.js and Next.js. Ability to integrate smart contracts using ethers.js / web3.js

Database Management: Proficiency with MongoDB, schema design, and managing complex relations

Core Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Solidity

3. Infrastructure & Deployment:

Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying full-stack applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

SaaS & Multi-Tenant Systems: Ability to build or contribute to multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Experience integrating subscription billing, payments, and automated onboarding

Security & Scalability: Strong focus on application security, smart contract safety, and scalable architecture

Key Responsibilities:

1. Blockchain Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy Ethereum smart contracts

Implement and maintain ERC token standards and NFT contracts

Optimize contracts for lower gas usage and improved performance

Integrate smart contracts with frontend and backend systems

Participate in code reviews, testing, and security best practices

2. Full-Stack Responsibilities:

Build and deploy end-to-end Web3 applications

Develop scalable backend services supporting blockchain interactions

Create responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces for dApps

Lead deployments from development to production environments

Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
