Who We Need
We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer with:
- 6+ years of experience in full stack development
- Expertise in WordPress, Divi Theme, and custom plugin development
- Deep knowledge of React for front-end development
- Advanced skills in securing WordPress websites against hacking, malware, and vulnerabilities
- Experience optimizing websites for speed and Google Core Web Vitals
- Strong understanding of website security, firewalls, SSL, and best coding practices
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, ExpressionEngine, etc.)
- Backend development experience (PHP, JavaScript, ASP.NET, or Ruby on Rails)
- Experience integrating databases and APIs (MySQL, Firebase, REST APIs)
- Familiarity with server environments, C-Panel, and hosting platforms (GoDaddy, SiteGround, NameHero)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance website performance
Key Responsibilities
Custom Plugin Development & Advanced Customization
- Develop custom WordPress plugins to extend site functionality
- Optimize existing plugins for performance, security, and efficiency
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and compatibility issues
React Development & Front-End Optimization
- Build dynamic, interactive user interfaces using React
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and optimized UX/UI design
- Optimize JavaScript execution and front-end performance
WordPress & Divi Theme Development
- Develop custom Divi modules and extend Divi's capabilities
- Solve complex development challenges within the Divi framework
- Customize and optimize Divi-based WordPress websites for speed and scalability
Website Security & Protection
- Secure WordPress websites from hacking, malware, and brute-force attacks
- Implement firewalls, SSL, security plugins, and best coding practices
- Ensure regular site backups, security monitoring, and vulnerability patching
Website Performance Optimization & Google Core Web Vitals
- Improve website speed, page load time, and Core Web Vitals scores
- Optimize CSS, JavaScript, images, and database queries for maximum performance
- Implement lazy loading, caching strategies, and CDN integrations
Back-End Development & Hosting Management
- Write clean, efficient, and testable PHP and JavaScript code
- Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services
- Manage server configurations, C-Panel, and hosting platforms
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and rankings
- Optimize site speed, security, and mobile responsiveness
Collaboration & Problem-Solving
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketers
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently
- Stay updated with emerging web development trends and technologies
