Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Web / Full Stack Developer who can independently manage end-to-end web application development. The role requires strong backend expertise, solid frontend fundamentals, hands-on server and infrastructure experience, and a performance-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (7/8), NodeJS, Python, Django, and NextJS
- Build responsive and performance-focused user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax
- Perform backend development using Yii 1/2 framework
- Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases with a focus on security and data integrity
- Set up, consume, and document RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
- Configure and maintain Apache and Nginx web servers on Ubuntu/Linux systems
- Manage source code using GIT and follow version control best practices
- Integrate applications with CRM tools, chatbots, and video platforms
- Troubleshoot server, hosting, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues
- Work closely with SEO teams to improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and website performance
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases and drive continuous improvements
Required Skills And Experience
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in web development and system integrations
- Strong proficiency in PHP, NodeJS, NextJS, Python, and Django
- Solid frontend development experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax
- Hands-on experience with Yii 1/2 frameworks
- Strong understanding of MySQL database design and management
- Experience working on Ubuntu/Linux environments
- Practical exposure to Apache and Nginx web server configuration
- Experience integrating CRMs, chatbots, and video platforms
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and deployment
- Exposure to technical SEO and website performance optimization
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Have
- Exposure to Docker or cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using performance audit tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse
