Full-Stack Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of engaging, responsive user-facing features aligned with UI/UX designs
• Translate wireframes and visual concepts into clean, scalable front-end code
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility
• Ensure consistency with branding and visual identity across digital platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Support backend integration and troubleshoot application issues
• Enforce best coding practices, performance tuning, and testing standards
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
• Manage development tasks, resource planning, and delivery timelines

Required Skills

• Frontend: Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Angular, or Vue.js; DOM manipulation and data visualization with D3.js
• Backend: Proficient in Node.js, RESTful APIs, middleware, and microservices integration
• Databases: Experience with MongoDB (NoSQL) and MySQL (relational), including query optimization
• UI/UX: Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Agile: Familiarity with Scrum practices, sprint planning, and project tracking
• CI/CD: Hands-on with tools like Jenkins, Docker, and automated deployment pipelines
• Cross-browser testing: Knowledge of browser quirks and responsive debugging
• Testing: Experience with Jest, Cypress, or Puppeteer for front-end and E2E testing
• Team leadership: 1-2 years of experience managing developers, conducting code reviews, and goal setting
• Version control: Advanced Git usage, including branching strategies and pull request workflows

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or experience in Agile project facilitation
• UI/UX design involvement: wireframing, usability testing, design thinking
• Front-end performance: lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization
• Front-end architecture: knowledge of component design systems like Atomic Design or Module Federation
• Cloud deployment basics: AWS, Azure, or Firebase
• Motion UI: Familiarity with animation libraries like GSAP or Framer Motion

Qualifications
