Full Stack Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of senior backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA engineers
• Drive the development, maintenance, and optimization of a large-scale, modern fullstack search platform
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues and incidents across the stack
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end software solutions
• Work closely with a global team to evolve the platforms architecture and capabilities
• Oversee and participate in the release process, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments
• Optimize both backend and frontend codebases and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and availability
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong backend foundation
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, object databases, ElasticSearch/Solr
• Solid experience with frontend technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, Stencil.js, Svelte, CSS, HTML
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of scalable, high-performance system design
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+)
• Nice-to-have: Python, ETL pipelines, big data solutions, Node.js, test automation tools
