About The Role
We need a contract Zoho CRM developer who deeply understands the platform not just how to click buttons, but how to architect solutions that actually solve business problems. You'll work directly with our team to understand our processes, identify gaps, and build solutions that make sense for where we're going not just where we are.
This is a remote, contract engagement. Projects will be scoped and assigned, and we expect you to
own them from start to finish before moving on to the next. No half-finished builds. No context-switching before the job is done.
What We're Looking For
- Proven, deep experience with Zoho CRM (custom modules, workflows, blueprints, Deluge scripting, integrations)
- A strategic mindset you think about the why behind a request, not just the what
- Strong project management habits you scope, plan, execute, and close
- Self-directed and organized you don't need hand-holding, you need clear goals
- Clear communicator you can explain technical decisions in plain language
- Portfolio or past work you can speak to in detail
You're NOT a fit if...
- You need tasks broken down step-by-step before you can move
- You treat every request as a one-off ticket rather than part of a bigger picture
- You jump between projects and leave things 80% done
- You've used Zoho but can't explain why you made the decisions you made
Compensation: $25 - $75 hourly
