Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Typescript) to work on a full-time basis. This person will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality full-stack applications using Typescript, Node.js, and React, with a focus on training next-generation AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for working in the technology industry, where they will have the opportunity to shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality full-stack applications using Typescript, Node.js, and React, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Architect and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems, ensuring resilience and high availability.

• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor fellow engineers to elevate team standards and promote a culture of excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile/scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of applications, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, and React, with a deep understanding of software development principles and patterns.

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable architectures.

• Knowledge of database management systems, including Postgresql and MongoDB, and experience with system design and performance optimization.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile/scrum methodologies, with experience leading code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
