We're Hiring: Software Consultant (Full-Stack Developer)

What You'll Do

Build and ship real client-facing applications using Flutter + Supabase

Work directly with the CEO on solving actual business problems (not ticket queues)

Grow from a developer into a technology consultant within 6–9 months

Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) daily — we are an AI-first team

Technical Requirements:

Flutter (you can build real apps, not just tutorials)

Supabase / Postgres (Auth, APIs, backend basics)

REST APIs & basic system design

Active use of AI coding tools

Good to have:

ETL or data processing background

Any client-facing experience

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on Flutter experience

Strong communication skills

Someone who takes ownership and learns independently

This Is NOT For You If

You don't use AI tools in your workflow

You treat deadlines casually

You need constant direction on what to learn next

Compensation :

3.0 – 3.6 LPA during the 3-month probation period

4.2 – 4.8 LPA post-probation, based on performance

Working Hours

Mon–Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Sat: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Location : Calicut (In-office only — no remote / hybrid)
