We are looking for passionate engineers in India to help build the future of AI-powered legal technology. You'll work closely with our engineering and operations teams across the US and India to develop intelligent backend systems that streamline workflows for personal injury firms. From automating medical document review to powering case insights, your work will directly impact how law firms deliver better outcomes for their clients—faster and more efficiently.

Responsibilities

●  Collaborate with our global engineering team to design, build, and maintain backend systems powering our AI-driven medicolegal platform

●  Develop and optimize Python-based services that process and analyze complex legal and medical documents

●  Work closely with founders and tech leads to understand user needs, prioritize features, and drive core platform improvements

●  Integrate third-party APIs and build internal APIs to support case workflows, data pipelines, and AI models

●  Use data and user feedback to refine system performance and guide product decisions

●  Contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and best practices in a fast-paced

startup environment

Qualifications

●  Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 university or equivalent experience at a top-tier technology company or startup

●  3+ years of professional experience as a Python backend or full-stack engineer, ideally in fast-paced, cross-time-zone environments

●  Proven track record building production-grade systems using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), with a focus on scalability and performance

●  Hands-on experience developing applications using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows

●  Experience working with high-throughput APIs, document processing pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)

●  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for writing clear technical specs and collaborating across teams

●  Bonus: Experience with Amazon Bedrock for deploying and integrating foundation models into production workflows

●  Bonus: Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js), or full-stack development using TypeScript and Node.js
