Job Overview

We are looking for a Frontend-focused Full Stack Python Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Redux, along with solid experience in Python-based backend development. While the role involves working on both frontend and backend, the primary responsibility and evaluation focus will be on frontend UI development and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly UI using React.js

· Manage complex application state using Redux / Redux Toolkit

· Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable frontend code

· Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)

· Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs

· Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams

· Ensure performance optimization across frontend and backend

· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

· Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–5 years of experience in Full Stack or Web Development

· Strong experience with React.js

· Strong hands-on experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit

· Solid experience with Python backend development

· Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django (any one)

· Strong understanding of REST API design and integration

· Experience working with MongoDB or NoSQL databases

· Good understanding of Git and version control

· Ability to work across frontend and backend codebases

Priority Skill Focus

· Frontend (High Priority): React.js, Redux, UI performance, UX best practices

· Backend (Required): Python APIs, database integration, backend logic

Preferred Skills

· Docker and containerization

· Microservices architecture

· CI/CD pipelines
