Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to join our development team in Noida, India.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to join our development team in Noida, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining innovative software solutions that power our broadcast technologies. While your primary focus will be on backend development, having frontend skills will significantly enhance your contribution to our cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Django and Python
• Create modular and scalable applications that ensure maintainability
• Work on frontend components using Next.js and TypeScript when required
• Collaborate with designers to integrate applications with graphics seamlessly
• Develop and optimize database schemas and queries
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly
• Participate in code reviews and implement best practices
• Write clean, well-documented code
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions
• Work on well-defined projects with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in full stack development with a strong backend focus
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework
• Experience with frontend technologies, particularly Next.js and TypeScript
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PySide6 for desktop application development
• Background in broadcast technology or media industry
• Experience with real-time data processing
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
