Hiring for new start-up venture. This is an one-time opportunity to be part of founding-engineer core group of a revolutionary start-up in Odisha.

ROLE

Multiple full-time on-site role available in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela, Odisha. They are:

1) Development Lead (Job Code : DL):

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Lead. Candidate will have a choice to opt Bhubaneswar or Rourkela, Odisha as preferred location.

Person will be responsible to lead and drive the development team towards product MVP release and beyond. As Development Lead, he/she will be a member of the think-tank that would include the Founders, CEO, CMO, Product Manager and Architect to structure the product development landscape.

Career graph could potentially traverse towards Future CTO depending on personal and company performance.

Qualifications

• Expert in Python (Django)
• Proficiency in front-end primary skills like HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience in React Native and Mobile App development (IOS and Android)
• Experience with database technology such as PostgreSQL
• Experience in any cloud deployment (GCP preferred)
• Experience of security principles and how they apply to web applications
• Excellent skill on application design, prototyping and development.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to mentor junior resources and serve as leader of the development team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5 + years of experience in development, mentor, designing

2) Senior Full-Stack Python Developer (Job Code : SPD):

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer located in Bhubaneswar or Rourkela, Odisha. Person will be responsible for developing back-end APIs using Python(Django) and should have front-end skill to create mobile-based application using React Native. Will be involved in entire life cycle of developing, maintaining, and updating the applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interactions on web pages, create servers, and databases for functionality, and ensure responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python (Django)
• Experience in front-end primary skills like HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience in React Native and Mobile App development (IOS and Android)
• Experience with database technology such as PostgreSQL

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Web Developer located in Bhubaneswar or Rourkela, Odisha. The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating web applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interactions on web pages, create servers, and databases for functionality, and ensure responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proficiency in React Native for Mobile App (IOS and Android) as well as browser based Web Development.
• Experience with database technology such as PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of security principles and how they apply to web applications
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in web development and design
