Full Stack .Net Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled.NET Fullstack Technical Leadto drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, architect solutions, ensure best practices, and contribute hands-on to coding, DevSecOps pipeline setup, microservices implementation, and production support.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver modern cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams and product owners to conceptualizesolution architectureandtechnical design.
• Govern and guide teams to ensure alignment with proposed architectural standards.
• Mentor, support, and guide development teams in problem-solving and code reviews.
• Drive software quality improvement usingcloud-nativeandAgiledevelopment practices.
• Assist QA teams with test automation and identify risks or technical pitfalls.
• Work with architects to align reusable library designs and shared components.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, enterprise, applications, and security teams for setup ofCI/CD pipelines, application integration, and deployment.
• Participate in production incident analysis and provide L3 support.
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using.NET Coreor newer versions.
• Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and application responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality standards.
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and cloud advancements.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors or Master's degree with12+ years of relevant experiencein application development, design, and business analysis.
• Strong understanding ofsolution architecture, design principles, anddesign patterns.
• Proven leadership capability to mentor and guide a team of .NET developers.
• Strong expertise in:
• .NET Core,C#,ASP.NET Core
• Microservices architecture
• Angular 11+
• Oracle / PostgreSQL / MS SQL
• Experience withcontainers,microservices,DevSecOps, and automatedCI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in cloud platforms such asAzure / AWS / GCP(Cloud certification preferred).
• Working knowledge ofsecurity and compliance managementfor cloud platforms including change, incident, and problem management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and deliver results on time.
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and effective in communication and collaboration.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience inDealer Management Systems (DMS)within theautomobile industry(24 years).
