We are looking for a
Full Stack MERN Developer who enjoys building scalable products, takes ownership, and is excited to work on an AI-first SaaS platform. As a Full Stack (MERN) Developer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing YourGPT & MCP360's core platform. You will work closely with product to build reliable, secure, and highperformance features used by real customers.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features with a strong focus on React.js for frontend development and Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB for backend services.
- Build scalable backend APIs and services for chatbot workflows, integrations, and automations.
- Develop responsive, highperformance, and userfriendly frontend interfaces using React.js (hooks, component-based architecture, state management).
- Integrate AI/LLMbased features and thirdparty APIs into the platform.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to convert requirements into working features.
- Take ownership of features from development to production
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 month to 2 years of handson experience with the MERN stack
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Solid experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture)
- Backend expertise with Node.js and Express.js
- Experience working with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and rolebased access control.
- Understanding of Git, version control, and collaborative development.
Good To Have (Preferred) -
- Experience with AI/ML integrations, LLMs, or chatbot platforms
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with WebSockets, realtime systems, or eventdriven architecture
- Great to have if prior experience working on SaaS or B2B products
- Basic understanding of system design and scalability
