Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Branding:
- Design and create engaging motion graphics, video content, and static graphic posts for social media and ads.
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals to drive engagement and awareness.
- Craft compelling narratives to highlight the platform's unique value propositions.
2. Lead Generation:
- Design and implement lead generation strategies to drive doctor appointments via the app and website.
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and forms to maximize conversions.
- Use retargeting and remarketing techniques to recapture potential leads.
3. Brand Awareness & App Growth:
- Plan and execute campaigns to boost brand visibility and increase app downloads.
- Leverage social media, influencer marketing, and partnerships to drive awareness.
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
4. Sales Growth:
- Design and execute strategies to increase sales of Ayurvedic medicines, supplements, and products through the marketplace.
- Launch targeted promotions and campaigns for best-selling and underperforming products.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Data Analysis & Strategy Refinement:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and CRM dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance, website/app traffic, and lead funnel conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization for better ROI.
- Segment customers based on behaviour and demographics for targeted marketing.
6. Performance Marketing:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI to optimize campaigns.
- Drive traffic and conversions through PPC, social media ads, and affiliate marketing.
7. E-commerce Marketing:
- Enhance user experience on the platform to improve product discoverability.
- Leverage email marketing, loyalty programs, and push notifications to drive repeat purchases.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-rich descriptions and high-quality visuals.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Regularly review and refine strategies to align with business goals.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback into campaigns.
