Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable full-stack applications using React and Java Spring Boot
Architect and implement microservices-based systems with strong focus on API design and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software solutions
Guide and mentor engineering teams, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and delivery
Conduct code reviews and enforce standards around code quality, security, and maintainability
Design and optimize database schemas and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases
Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments on GCP
Ensure applications are containerized and scalable using Docker and Kubernetes (where applicable)
Drive technical decision-making and contribute to architecture evolution and system modernization
Ensure adherence to security best practices including OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP guidelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
