Job Summary
We are hiring a Full Stack Lead with strong experience in Spring Boot APIs and Angular UI. The role requires hands-on development along with technical leadership and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot APIs and microservices.
- Build and maintain Angular UI applications (Angular 12+).
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Guide and mentor developers on technical best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
- Balance hands-on development with technical leadership.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and test coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on expertise in Angular (v12+).
- Experience with backend integrations and full stack development.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of software design and architecture.
