Job Title: Full Stack Lead / Architect (Golang + React / Next.js)

Experience: 8+ Years

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Location: Pan India (Remote Work From Home)

Shift Timing: 03:00 PM IST 12:00 AM IST

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead/Architect with strong expertise in Golang (Backend) and React.js / Next.js (Frontend). The role involves designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale cloud-native applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in GoLang
  • Strong experience in React.js or Next.js
  • Experience in designing and developing Microservices
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Golang and React.js/Next.js.
  • Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical implementation.
  • Build and maintain microservices-based applications.
  • Define API standards and integration patterns.
  • Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Interview Process: 3 Rounds (2 Internal + 1 Client Round)
