Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Full Stack Java Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and React JS, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and drive scalable architecture in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement robust REST APIs and microservices.
- Oversee database design, optimization, and management using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Guide the development of responsive frontend applications using React JS.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
- Drive technical discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Mentor and support junior developers, ensuring best coding practices and standards.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutions.
Required Skills- Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17).
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Solid knowledge of React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations.
- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading teams or owning technical modules.
Good to Have- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
