Role Overview
We are hiring experienced
Full Stack Web Engineers with strong expertise in
Java backend development and modern React-based front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, designing RESTful services, and working across both front-end and back-end layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
- Build and consume RESTful web services using Java and Spring
- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and Redux
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development
- Solid experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot / Spring REST)
- Experience building and consuming REST Web Services
- Proficiency in React.js for front-end development
- Experience with Redux for state management
- Good understanding of full-stack architecture and client-server concepts
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.)
- Understanding of security best practices for web applications
