Zoft.AI is building AI employees: autonomous agents that run real business work end to end, across voice, chat and workflow automation. We're also building agentic systems for investment analysis.

About the Role

We need a founding engineer who can build agentic systems at scale and ship fast. You'll work directly with the founder, own core architecture, and take on everything from backend and frontend to AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Build autonomous agents and AI employees that work independently, make decisions and finish tasks without hand-holding
• Build agent builders and agentic tools that let businesses create their own agents
• Design multi-agent systems, orchestration and full-scale automations across hundreds of integrations
• Own the architecture behind it all: scalable, reliable and production-grade
• Ship features in days, sometimes overnight
• Build autonomous agents for fundamental analysis (financials, filings, earnings, valuation) and technical analysis (signals, screeners, backtesting)
• Create agent-driven decision pipelines that turn market data and research into actionable insight

Qualifications

• Full-stack engineer with strong system design and architecture skills (backend, frontend, cloud, DevOps)
• Has built SaaS products and scaled them to real users
• Has built autonomous or agentic systems, not just prompt wrappers

Required Skills

• Hands-on with agentic frameworks, LLM tooling, tool-calling, memory and agent orchestration
• Fast with Cursor and AI-assisted development
• Strong at research: you track new models and frameworks and put the useful ones into production
• Dedicated and self-driven, with a founder mindset

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of equity markets (not required if you build well)
• Proof of work: GitHub, an agent or product you've built, or anything live with users
